By downloading or using TimeLeft: Countdowns & Streaks ("TimeLeft"), you agree to these Terms.
License
TimeLeft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law,
- reverse engineer or attempt to interfere with the app,
- use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
In-App Purchases
TimeLeft may offer optional in-app purchases, including a Pro upgrade. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies. Refund requests must be handled through Apple.
Disclaimer
TimeLeft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeLeft and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
